Mise-en-scène is the stage design and arrangement of actors in scenes for a theatre or film production, both in visual arts through storyboarding, visual theme, and cinematography, and in narrative storytelling through direction.
The rule of thirds: The human eye naturally gravitates to intersection points that occur when an image is split into thirds. Frame your subject so they are positioned on the intersection of any two or more lines.

Understanding mise en scene and compositions help define our
stills/shots. To get to that point where you can communicate what
you want you first need to establish the world.
- Where is this taking place?
- What era?
- Future, past or present?
- Space? Western? East Asian? Steam punk? Etc
- What governs your world? Laws? Gods/religions?
The assignment for this week is to draw 3 ideas.
