Learned the material system in ue, knew that each map corresponding to the material node has natural color roughness normal, learned how to apply external map assets.

After further study, I learned that more complex nodes can be used to control the uv of the map and adjust the position of the map to achieve better results

Week2:Basic operations in Ue5

The ue5 creates worlds and new levels. Each scene takes place in a specific level with atmospheric systems and ground as well as light sources and altitude index fog.

Week1:First time to know Unreal Engine

I was introduced to the powerful Unreal engine, which has a similar interface and operating style to Maya, but focuses more on the creation of large scenes and special effects, which was very appealing to me.

There’s a sophisticated weather system and a physics system that I feel will be a powerful aid to my subsequent animation.
